The hotel's location was perfect, far away from the cruise ship traffic and close to the reefs for amazing snorkeling. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beach was beautiful and the pools were large. Snorkeling right off the beach and at the nearby pier was incredible. The rooms were private and easily accessible. The open-air restaurants were comfortable and the food was quite good. The hotel's ecological awareness was impressive, with no single-use plastic and recycling bins everywhere. The staff was welcoming and the drinks were always amazing. The hotel's design and lush vegetation created a breathtaking atmosphere. the location, facilities, staff, and food and beverage quality exceeded all my expectations.

I had an amazing time at this resort. The grounds were beautiful and the small scale of the hotel made it feel cozy. The staff, from the Guest Services Maria and Alexander to the front desk staff Israel, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The wait staff, especially Joe, provided excellent service throughout my stay. And I cannot forget to mention the bartenders Raymundo and Cindy, who kept me well-hydrated with their delicious drinks. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the transportation to and from the hotel was convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to various excursions. The breakfast options were great and the staff took good care of me.
