The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Enjoying breakfast with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji was a highlight, and the complimentary drinks in the lounge were a nice touch. The nightly music show added to the vibrant atmosphere, making every evening memorable.

I absolutely loved the hotel’s breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, which I enjoyed from my room and the outdoor hot spring. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay feel warm and welcoming. the cleanliness of the entire complex impressed me, as did the fantastic selection of food, particularly during dinner. Lastly, the wine lounge was a delightful perk, allowing me to relax with snacks while soaking in the beautiful scenery.
