I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, right in the center of the loop area, close to everything I wanted to see. I loved the stylish decor of the rooms and how spacious they were. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking options and was easily accessible for transportation. It was also great to have a variety of restaurants in the north loop area.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the must-see attractions and everything we explored in the city. We were able to walk to Grand Union station and many attractions in downtown. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided excellent recommendations and made sure we had a great experience. The cozy bed, delicious food, exceptional service, and the main quiet lobby where we could enjoy complimentary coffee, relax on the couch. The hotel is conveniently located near the theatre district, attractions, and various food venues.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's historic and ornate setting. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and food venues in the area, as well as being close to the theatre district. The hotel facilities were great, including the rooftop restaurant and the daily free wine. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the financial district and within walking distance to the CBIC theater where I enjoyed watching Hamilton. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the areas I wanted to visit the most. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by how well maintained everything was. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the excellent fitness equipment and the nice in-room fridge. The staff at this hotel truly stood out. They were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The highlight was when Sam the Bellman personally brought a plate of fruit and a handwritten condolence card to my room when he heard about the reason for my visit. It was such a sweet gesture and made a profound impact on my trip.
