We had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, within a short stroll to most onsens, which made our onsen-hopping incredibly convenient. Our spacious room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was impressive, with traditional decor and the added treat of a porcelain vase for shells. The dinner was a delightful culinary experience that we would highly recommend!
