The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I appreciated the modern facilities like the fridge and coffee maker. The staff, particularly Kervin and Christian, were incredibly helpful and offered great tips on local attractions. Plus, the rooftop views were simply unbeatable!

We absolutely loved the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, as it was just a short stroll from the Empire State Building and Penn Station. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Day Manager Natasha, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Having easy access to the subway for uptown and downtown adventures was a major plus, and we appreciated the comfortable amenities in our room.

The location was superb, as it was conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, which made getting around a breeze. The location was unbeatable, especially being so close to the Empire State Building, which looked stunning flashing red on Valentine's Day. The staff, including Stan, Rusa, and Karina, were incredibly friendly and always took the time to assist with anything I needed, from local recommendations to directions. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and enjoyed the comfortable bed along with the excellent shower facilities.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Empire State Building, Times Square, and great subway access. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our trip enjoyable. We even enjoyed coffee available all day on the second floor.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the front door porter who assisted with our luggage and arranged a taxi to the airport. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious for two, featuring a comfy bed and a fantastic shower.
