We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable, offering early check-in and storing our bags. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many famous landmarks and restaurants. Additionally, we found it very easy to get around the city, thanks to the hotel's proximity to public transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and felt very elegant. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view of Lake Michigan and Grant Park. The location was brilliant, with several great restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even a cool Sky Bar right next door. We were also pleased to find a bus stop right outside, where we could easily access the Hop on, Hop Off Bus Tours. It was really convenient being within walking distance of Millennium Park and all the attractions in the Loop. The staff were hard working, caring, and friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It was very close to everything I wanted to explore, including the park, the Lasalle station on the Blue line, and the restaurant at the Hilton across the street. The hotel facilities were top-notch - stylish and updated rooms, a modern lobby, and a great restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Chicago South Loop area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for us as it was just two blocks from the metro, allowing us easy access to the attractions we planned to attend on Northerly Island. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and newly remodeled, with all the new amenities shining through. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and our room, which was beautifully decorated in a modern style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a great night's sleep.
