I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as I could walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was nice and comfy, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe throughout my stay. One of the best things about this hotel was the option to rent bikes for free, which allowed me to explore the area at my own pace. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was really accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We were impressed with how clean the bathroom was. The location of the hotel is superb, as it is situated between two busy streets with lots of traffic. We were able to walk everywhere because it is super close to EVERYTHING - the beach, the bay, and numerous restaurants. Additionally, the free parking on the property was a great convenience.

The LOCATION is amazing, just 2 blocks from the beach! Being close to Newport and Balboa piers, as well as lots of restaurants and bars, made exploring the area so convenient. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms that smelled nice. The down comforter provided a cozy touch. I also appreciated the friendly staff, especially Linda at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Plus, being able to check in early was a nice bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities are also noteworthy. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel provides free parking on the property, making it convenient for guests with vehicles.

The best aspect of this hotel was its location. It was close enough to walk easily to Newport Beach, which made it convenient for me to spend my days at the beach. The proximity to the beach was definitely a highlight.
