The location is central to inner city restaurants and offers a nice view onto the park. The renovated rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities include a comfortable bed, good quality toiletries, and a great shower. The staff are friendly and professional, providing excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, as it is right off Oxford Street, in front of a beautiful square, and within walking distance of Hyde Park. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The large bed provided a great night's sleep, and the curtains ensured that no outside light disturbed us. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even providing us with coffee to go when the lounge wasn't open yet. The breakfast was delicious, and the access to the lounge was a great bonus. we loved the central location, the cleanliness, and the excellent staff.

The location is superb, with easy access to transportation and central to shopping and high-end districts. We enjoyed being close to iconic sites like Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street, and Hyde Park. The breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent and friendly.

The location was central, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit various inner city restaurants. The staff, including Kelly in Guest Services and Agathe and Rachel in the Lounge, were friendly and provided excellent service. The transportation options were convenient, allowing us to easily get around this city. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
