We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and right on the river. We loved being able to explore River Street and enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness of the room. The shower was nice and everything was immaculate. The staff, particularly Ms. Morgan, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was always there to provide us with coffee in the morning and make sure we had a relaxing time at the bar in the evening. The concierge was also very helpful in giving us recommendations and directions. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and the friendly staff.

The staff was incredible, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were personable and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Ms. Morgan and the male staff member who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed the upgrade to a river view room. The location was perfect, right by the river and within easy walking distance to all the fun on River Street.
