The hotel was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and ample towels and soap provided. The double lock on our room made us feel secure. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, even without us requesting room service. The location was convenient, with a brisk 5-minute walk to the nearby Canal Street streetcar. The lobby was clean and the AC worked well. The front desk staff were nice and respectful, offering great service.

We had a comfortable bed and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and we enjoyed the coffee and donuts in the lobby in the morning. The hotel had nicely decorated the lobby for Mardi Gras. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel was close enough for us to walk to the Endymion Parade. The location was also very convenient as it was close to a bus line and a bus stop, making it easy for us to explore this city's tourist attractions, including the French Quarter.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we were even given the opportunity to change rooms when the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which our kids absolutely loved. The location was very convenient, with several bus stops nearby, including one that goes directly to the airport. Plus, we were just a short walk away from two streetcar lines and the lively French Quarter.

The hotel facilities, including the beautiful pool and modern lobby, were impressive. Additionally, the staff was polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the secure parking lot with 24hr surveillance.
