We loved the exceptional staff, who made us feel right at home with their warm welcome and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, featuring beautifully presented dishes that set the tone for our day, while the hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Royal Albert Hall and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and the incredible staff who always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, making for a perfect start to the day. the location right opposite a palace added a charming touch, and being just a short walk from the tube station made transportation a breeze.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the intimate atmosphere added a lovely charm, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. the location was perfect for easy access to local attractions and transportation options.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was directly across from Kensington Gardens and a short walk to both the Albert Hall and Kensington Palace. The staff were remarkably attentive, with Steve, the doorman, always cheerful and helpful, while Dorina at breakfast remembered my order daily. The room was immaculate and peaceful, boasting a large, comfortable bed.
