I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, particularly appreciating its cleanliness and excellent location, being so close to two tube stations and a short walk to famous landmarks. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and the room was cozy and bright, allowing for a fantastic night's sleep. We absolutely loved the prime location of the hotel, which is just around the corner from iconic attractions like Tower Bridge and the Shard. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us in arranging a taxi to the airport on the early morning of Boxing Day, making our travel hassle-free. The hotel was immaculate; we appreciated the cleanliness all around, and the delightful large jar of sweets at the front counter was a charming touch that added to our experience.
