I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the cozy room with comfy bedding and high-quality toiletries. The kitchenette was a nice touch, perfect for making tea.

The location near Victoria Station was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and offered a lovely room upgrade at check-in. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Housekeeping did a great job, ensuring everything was tidy and well-stocked.

I loved the hotel's prime location, as it was right by Buckingham Palace and just a quick 10-minute walk to Big Ben and Parliament. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, even surprising me with a thoughtful gift. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a restful escape after a day of sightseeing. there were plenty of dining options nearby.
