I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The cleanliness of my spacious room and well-appointed bathroom was a major highlight, and I loved the relaxing wellness facilities, which included a warm pool and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was just ideal, being a short tram ride away from the old town, allowing me to enjoy the quiet of the area while still being conveniently close to attractions.

We loved the cleanliness and the fantastic location near the river, making evening strolls delightful. The staff were exceptional, especially at the reception, and Mr Admir in the restaurant provided outstanding service. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were a real treat.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially with the friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home. The location is superb, being just a short distance from the city center and adjacent to the beautiful Wilson's walking alley. I loved the spacious and impeccably clean room, as well as the excellent breakfast buffet that offered plenty of delicious options.
