We enjoyed a seamless check-in, and the staff were incredibly helpful, often assisting with local tours while speaking fluent English. The hotel was spotless daily, and we loved the wonderful breakfast spread with fresh sushi and tempura. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and nearby attractions.

The staff were accommodating, readily holding our luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in.
