We loved the location of the hotel. It's just a short walk to Oxford Street and the theatres, making it a great base for our visit. The staff were super-friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. The room was cozy and had ample storage, plus a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Access to Bond Street Station nearby made transportation easy for us.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome and taken care of.
