The location is fantastic, right next to the Queen Victoria Market and close to cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, as the location is fantastic—just a short stroll from Flagstaff Gardens and the bustling city center. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, making my experience even better. I took advantage of the breakfast deals, and the hot options were delicious; I especially enjoyed Mario's perfect omelette. Plus, the convenience of nearby tram and train stations, along with secure parking around the corner, made my travel so much easier.
