Best aspects of our stay were the friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good lighting. The location was ideal, close to downtown and within walking distance of Jack London and Lake Merritt. The hotel offered affordable parking and allowed pets. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch.

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was so convenient to have easy access to the Bart Rail, allowing me to explore the entire Bay Area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the fresh-smelling atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to assist with our online check-in. The parking lot was a great bonus, and the breakfast provided was perfectly adequate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Close to the theatre for the concert I attended, and easy access to the BART at 12th Street station for transportation around the Bay Area. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of cooked food. The staff was friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. The room was super clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including easy access to Bart at the 12th street station for transportation to SF, Oakland Airports, and other places in the Bay Area. It was really close to the Oakland Museum of California and other tourist sites. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
