The view from my hotel room was incredible! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything I wanted to see. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and had modern and stylish vibes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was cleaned daily. The location was great, with many places to eat nearby and a subway station right outside. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, couch, and a small desk. The views of the river and city were amazing, and it was a convenient location for exploring downtown.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Chicago. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it hard for us to get mad or feel any frustration during our stay. Moreover, the location was perfect for our needs as we were travelling with two 19-year-olds who wanted to attend a hockey game. We were relieved to find a hotel that accommodated their age and provided a safe environment. They were thrilled to have a king-size bed on the 22nd floor, which they considered heaven. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable and delicious room service food. The quality of the food was excellent, with a variety of great options, and the prices were really favorable. We appreciated the convenience of picking up the food in the lobby or paying a nominal fee for delivery to our room.
