I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff, especially Ms. Midori, were incredibly helpful and patient despite my limited Japanese. I really enjoyed the onsen facilities, which were spacious and inviting; the outdoor bath was a highlight of my experience. the location was very convenient, as it was close to restaurants and stores, and just a short walk to a major attraction.

The onsen facilities were a highlight; the large outdoor and indoor baths offered a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. The location was also great, being close to the amusement park and a charming little temple.
