We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially our guest relations representative, Aya Ashraf, who truly went above and beyond. The facilities were impressive, with a pristine beach and a variety of daily activities organized by Mr Bayomi, making our stay even more enjoyable. The culinary offerings were fantastic, with an extensive buffet that catered to all tastes, thanks to the skilled chef Mahmoud and his team, including Waleed and Shaimaa.
