I had an amazing stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was exceptional, making my room feel fresh and inviting every day. The staff was another highlight; they were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond, especially Jo at the guest relations desk who helped with various arrangements like flights and local tips. The spa services were also top-notch, with quality massages that left me feeling completely relaxed, and the hotel facilities, including the coral reef beach, were simply stunning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially at the reception where Mr Mahmoud made us feel right at home. The dining options were diverse, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meals, particularly at the Mona Liza restaurant where the service was impeccable.
