The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Rita, who ensured our entire stay was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a gorgeous sky pool and chic bars that provided the perfect atmosphere for evening drinks. Plus, the location gave us easy access to Borough Market and other key attractions.

We loved the incredible views from our room, especially of Tower Bridge, and the staff went above and beyond for us, leaving a surprise cake and personalized card as it was a special occasion.
