We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - friendly, professional, and welcoming. From the bell staff who directed us to the front desk, to the receptionists who accommodated our early morning departure with breakfast snacks, and the trainer in the gym who was most helpful, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was spotlessly clean, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities were well thought out and convenient, with amenities like the pool, gym, dining area, lobby, lifts. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and other amenities in the area.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and easily accessible to all the places I needed to go. The staff were exceptional, from Josephine in the Seven Seas Restaurant to Derrek in Park Place, and Roberts, the concierge. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Special mention to Deepak Kanyal, the food and beverage manager, who ensured that every meal was wonderful. Barnabus on reception and Viktor in the Club Lounge were also extra helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch.
