I had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the capsules were exceptionally clean and quite roomy, making my first stay in a capsule hotel very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and fluent in English, offering great local dining recommendations. Plus, the relaxing onsen-style spa was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day, and the breakfast was a delightful bonus.

the hot and cold drinking water was always accessible, and I appreciated the use of washing machines and microwaves. The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful despite my limited Japanese, making the experience even more enjoyable. the location is perfect, close to the metro station and surrounded by charming Japanese-style neighborhoods.
