I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the entire place stood out, and I loved the amazing view from the rooftop onsen. The facilities were top-notch, and I appreciated being so close to the famous Snow Monkey Park and the nine public onsens in the area. Plus, the transportation service made getting around effortless.
