We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our suite was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the river. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything downtown, including bars, restaurants, shopping, and the theater. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always available to answer our questions. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location of this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile, as well as the Art Institute of Chicago and river tours. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bartenders were some of the best I've ever encountered. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view from a higher floor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a Jacuzzi and heated indoor pool that were perfect for the cold weather. This hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to the magnificent mile and navy pier. The staff were friendly and helpful. we had a great experience.

Impressed by the staff's attentiveness and friendliness, especially Raquel at the front desk who accommodated me when I was tired from my flight. The upper level suites were newly renovated and absolutely fabulous. The hotel's central location was convenient, safe, and easily accessible.
