The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore all areas of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the complimentary snacks in the room and the hot chocolate in the lobby, added a warm and welcoming touch. The staff, especially the doormen and housekeeping, were efficient and did a great job.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Boston. The location was perfect, close to transit stations, the Boston Common, and the start of the Freedom Trail. I was able to easily explore Back Bay, Copley Square, the Waterfront, North End, and downtown. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was clean and spacious, with a flat-screen TV and complimentary snacks. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a beautiful restaurant and a coffee shop in the lobby. this hotel provided a great experience in a convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, convenient location close to the Downtown Crossing metro station, and friendly staff. We appreciated being within walking distance of major T stops and all the historical spots in the city. The breakfast options at the coffeehouse were fantastic, and the bar offered tempting craft cocktails. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with free snacks in the room and even free bicycles for guests to explore the city. The location was perfect, just one block from the Common and across the street from Macy's in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to many theaters, Beacon Hill, and various shopping areas. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised with a nice bottle of wine and chocolate as a welcoming gesture.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and made everything easy for me. The room was very comfortable, perfect for my family of four. The hotel was also very clean. I loved the inclusion of water and snacks, and the spaciousness of the room. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city and visiting the Boston Common, which was great for my kids. The parking service, although pricey, was a welcome convenience.
