We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The breakfast had great variety and was a great value. We appreciated that we were only charged for one breakfast as the server felt we hadn't eaten enough for two. The free shuttle bus was very convenient for getting around this city, including local bars, restaurants, and even the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was also ideal, right in the center of the Theater District and on the trolley line. It was easy to access Buffalo and Niagara Falls, the convention center, and all the events we had planned. we had a great stay and can't praise the staff enough.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Buffalo. The location was perfect, just two blocks from Buffalo City Hall and a short walk down to Canalside and the beautiful shore trail along Lake Erie. The rooms were incredibly spacious, easily accommodating my family of six. The staff at breakfast were wonderful, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay.

The bathroom at this hotel was fantastic, and I loved the fact that the room was spacious. The availability of extra pillows was a nice touch. The price of the hotel was reasonable, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Special shoutout to Jess at the front desk for her amazing recommendations and delightful personality.
