I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with unique touches that added to the charm. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, and I was even offered a glass of champagne upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it provided easy access to everything I needed in the city, from the beautiful Charles River esplanade to restaurants and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities offered were top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they took care of everything, including parking our car and holding onto our bags. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary champagne that was provided upon check-in. The location of the hotel was great as well, as it was near the water and within walking distance to the Charles River.

We loved the character of the building and the great vibe at the hotel. The location was awesome, with Charles Street right outside the door, offering cute boutiques and restaurants. The hotel was within a 10-minute walk of Boston Gardens and the Charles River Esplanade. We also appreciated the convenience of having a train station directly across the street. The complimentary champagne at check-in was a nice touch. the hotel staff, especially Steve at the front door, were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were comfortable and had large bathrooms with Molton Brown toiletries. We loved the cocktail shaker and the welcome champagne. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the MGH and Beacon Hill neighborhood, with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, kind, and made our stay wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is beautifully decorated, reflecting its original use as a jail. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the large bathroom with its lovely bathtub and separate shower. The location was very convenient, especially for those needing to be at a nearby hospital or exploring the Beacon Hill neighborhood. The hotel also had great facilities, including a high-quality TV, free WiFi , and a good restaurant on-site.
