We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby is absolutely magnificent with its high marble columns, giving the building a sense of history. The location is perfect, right in downtown and close to all the restaurants and attractions. The service was top-notch, up to the five-star standard. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and highly recommend trying the burger.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bedding and just the right amount of pillows. The bathroom was spacious and had a private commode area. The concierge was helpful in providing directions to attractions. The lobby and bar/restaurant area were beautifully designed. The service throughout my stay was at the level I would expect from a Ritz Carlton hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was magnificent with its huge and high marble columns, exuding a sense of grandeur. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, right next to city hall and on some of the busiest streets in this city. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. The room itself was splendid, and the staff provided service that was up to five-star standards. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the facilities it had to offer. Additionally, parking and transportation options were easily accessible from the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to City Hall and within walking distance to the Christmas Market. The view from our room on the 25th floor was excellent, overlooking the city and the iconic statue of William Penn. The bed was comfortable, and the room was bright and quiet. We also appreciated the complimentary flavored water and coffee in the lobby, as well as the excellent food at the lobby restaurant. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were well-maintained and equipped. this hotel provided a convenient and enjoyable experience for us.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful and nostalgic vibe. The Classic, Restored Building was stunning, and I loved learning about its history. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the views from my room were terrific. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
