I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, who were incredibly nice, provided us with excellent recommendations and even surprised us with a card and chocolates for Valentine's Day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely rooftop bar that offered a stunning view of the harbor. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient parking garage next door and the hotel's easy accessibility to downtown attractions such as the State Theater and Commercial Street. The breakfast at the café was delicious, and the staff were always accommodating and eager to help.

We had an excellent stay here. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was spacious, with a great view and a super comfy bed. The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to all the action but still peaceful for a good night's rest. We loved the rooftop bar and the food was delicious. The hotel also had a strong focus on health and fitness, offering options like sport gear rentals and healthy room service menu choices. The safety and security measures were also commendable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally accommodating from the moment I arrived. They picked me up from another hotel and checked me in early to a spacious room on the 12th floor with a beautiful bay view. The hotel shuttle was convenient and took me to dinner across town. The pet-friendly room was a pleasant surprise, with no pet fee and special amenities for my furry friend. The staff, especially Edith and Mitch, went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. They helped me with a late check-out and even delivered workout gear to my room. The cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to everything but away from the busy area.

I loved how clean and comfortable the hotel facilities were, from the sparkling lobby to the contemporary and pleasing room. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the waterfront and a short walk or shuttle ride to a variety of restaurants, shops, and water venues. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
