The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making transportation easy with their shuttle service. I also enjoyed the on-site onsen, especially the one on the terrace that offered a lovely night view while I relaxed.

We loved the stunning view of Mount Fuji right from our room. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the on-site facilities, like the onsen and the massage chairs, were a nice touch. The staff provided excellent service, especially with the free shuttle to the station. We also enjoyed the seating area on the 5th floor, perfect for relaxation.
