We loved the hotel's location as it's perfectly situated between 5th Avenue and the main pedestrian street, making it easy to explore. The facilities were impressive, and our room was always clean and stylish, with daily housekeeping. The staff were exceptional, especially Saul and Jhoana, who were incredibly helpful. Plus, the breakfast options exceeded our expectations, providing a delicious start to each day.
