I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well-maintained it was. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the pool bar and room service. The location was perfect for heading out to the parks in the morning, and the transportation provided, such as the boat service, was convenient.

The location to the parks was fantastic, with fast water taxi service to Universal Studios park. The hotel facilities were beautiful, and the pool was great. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the variety of food choices and the convenience of the text message communication with the hotel. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the resort made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pools and hot tubs were clean and fabulous, and staying open late was a huge bonus. The water taxi service was incomparable and much better than any shuttles I've experienced at other properties. The food choices on-site were excellent, and there were plenty of options nearby as well. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt like being in a picturesque Italian city. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to park my car and easily use the boat transportation to explore the area. The views were stunning, and I even had the pleasure of being serenaded by the hotel's wonderful operatic singers. Lastly, the added bonus of receiving an express pass for the theme parks as a hotel guest was truly awesome.

The location was perfect, as the hotel was close enough to Universal but far enough away for relaxation. The room upgrade was well worth it, providing access to the club food and a fantastic view.- The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained amenities.- The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
