I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short walk to two onsens, and only five minutes from the main area, making it easy to explore. The rooms were spotless, and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast next door. The complimentary services, like umbrellas and yukata, were a great touch.
