We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the port where ferry's leave for Islas Mujeres. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the attentive restaurant staff.
