I loved the location of the hotel, right on Plaza Callao. It’s close to everything, with easy access to the metro station. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring fresh fruit and delightful pastries, plus churros and chocolate every morning.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and next to the metro station. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
