We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff, especially Guillermo, went above and beyond to give us help and advice about getting around the city. We also had a great experience at the restaurant, thanks to Giovanny and Carlos who made our breakfast and dining experiences exceptional. The location was perfect, with two parks within one block.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in the Polanco area. The location was superb, with easy access to Pujol and other fantastic restaurants, as well as great shopping spots. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were outstanding. The hotel had a modern design, both in terms of its interior and furniture. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in, and the check-out process was efficient. The hotel's restaurant provided a satisfying dining experience, and the spa staff were professional. Additionally, the hotel's transportation services were convenient, making it easy to explore this city.
