We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially in a time of need when our family member had surgery complications. They were sympathetic and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient, situated near the hospital and on the second floor, close to the business center and caretaker closet. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the spaciousness made it even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities met all our needs, and the breakfast bags provided a quick and easy start to our day. The hotel's transportation options and nearby mall were also a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, always trying to accommodate our needs. The front desk staff even valet parked our car, ensuring it was ready and waiting when we needed it. Plus, it was right next to Buffalo General Hospital, making it an ideal place to stay for anyone with a loved one in the hospital. The rooms were nicely sized and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the gym facilities and the coffee shop/food area, where we could grab a quick and affordable cup of coffee in the morning.
