the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, being near the city center yet nestled in a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful hotel facilities, including the stunning outdoor onsen and the atmospheric dining area with tatami flooring.
