Kia Ora! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the decor added a unique charm that made me feel right at home. The location is incredibly convenient, being just a short stroll from the Octagon and nearby shops. I appreciated how well the TV and heat pump worked; both were user-friendly and added to the overall comfort of my room.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect, right across from the mall and surrounded by great cafes. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we loved the spacious rooms beautifully decorated around an atrium. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the coffee at the cafe next door was simply divine.
