I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of town. It was super convenient and close to the volcano park. The staff were fantastic, especially Ayleen and Rigoberto, who helped with everything. The communal areas, including the garden with a pool and hammocks, were great for relaxing and meeting fellow travelers. Breakfast was a nice touch with plenty of options, and my room was clean and had A/C.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere where meeting fellow travelers was effortless. The pool was a refreshing escape, and the upstairs kitchen offered a great space to relax.

The location couldn't be better; it was conveniently located near the central plaza and just a short trip from the stunning Arenal volcano. Our room was spotless and comfortable, complete with excellent air conditioning, while the amenities, including the pool and rocking chairs, offered a perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.
