We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped us with transportation and tour arrangements. Our room was spacious, always clean, and offered an amazing view of the volcano. We loved the complimentary coffee and bananas available, and the breakfast had enough options to start our day right.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who were always available to assist with transportation and tour-related issues. The cleanliness of my spacious room was impressive, and I loved having a large balcony with a volcano view. The lobby's coffee was a nice touch while I waited for my tours, and the variety of nearby restaurants made dining easy and enjoyable.
