I loved the hotel's fantastic location near the waterfront, as it made exploring local restaurants and attractions like Pier 39 so convenient. Being just steps away from the cable car stop allowed me to effortlessly travel to other city highlights, including the Golden Gate Bridge and beautiful waterfront parks. The staff was always courteous, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel contributed to a comfortable stay.

The location is unbeatable, as it's just a short walk to Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with standout service from Gustavo at reception and a remarkable bellman during checkout. The room was spacious, clean, and had a hot tub which added a nice touch. having a great restaurant on-site was convenient and the food was reasonably priced.
