The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist in our room change. We also appreciated the convenience of the mini bar and free coffee in the reception area.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, where I appreciated the cleanliness and the colorful décor of my room. The location is fantastic, right next to the vibrant French Quarter and close to the Chinese district, making it super easy to explore the area on foot.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially the manager, who quickly assisted with room changes when needed. The cozy lobby was a lovely spot to relax, and I appreciated the unique hand-drawn art throughout the hotel, giving it a lot of character. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious, enhancing my overall experience.
