I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amazing facilities at the hotel, where the pool, spa, and gym were absolutely fantastic. The location near Union Square made it so easy to stroll to shopping destinations like Macy's, LV, and Gucci, all within walking distance.

The location is unbeatable, as it’s just a block from major shopping areas and the cable cars, which easily transport you to popular attractions. the facilities, including the pool and gym, offered us a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle outside.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with lovely marble finishes that added a touch of elegance. The location was perfect for exploring, as I could easily walk to great restaurants and shops, and I really appreciated the convenience of being close to the public transportation hub.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel! The cleanliness was immaculate, and the facilities, especially the pool and spa area, were a delightful escape. I appreciated the friendly and professional staff, who made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also outstanding; I was easily able to access various attractions and fantastic restaurants nearby, not to mention that I could hop on the tour bus with ease.
