We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk from Union Square, surrounded by a multitude of dining options. The staff was exceptional, especially during check-in, where they handled a busy situation with grace. The room size was perfect, comfortable and clean, complemented by a stylish bathroom.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the location was perfect—just a short walk to Union Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The staff were always friendly, accommodating early check-in and late check-out without hesitation, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the unique design of the lounge area and the game room, which added a fun touch to the experience.
