I loved the location of the hotel, as it’s just a block from Union Square and close to many great restaurants. The cleanliness was impressive, with my room being spacious and well-maintained daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering local tips and a nice $25 voucher for room service.

the location was ideal, placing us right in the heart of the city center, near Union Square and surrounded by shops and eateries. The hotel facilities, including the spacious and beautifully decorated room with a fantastic bathroom, were top-notch. the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our experience even better.
