The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location near Tower Hill Station made it easy for us to explore the vibrant city of London using the convenient "tube". The staff were friendly and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby tube station and plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. We loved being able to explore iconic London attractions like the Tower of London, the River Thames, and the Borough Market, all within walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful breakfast room and delicious breakfast menu. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly and competent reception staff to the helpful and attentive waitstaff. They made our stay memorable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The staff members were incredibly helpful and committed to making our stay as good as possible. The breakfast was also very good. The room we were given, despite initial issues, was eventually really good and the staff had made every effort to make the appropriate changes for us. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms, large screen TVs, and good free wifi. The location was perfect, as it was close to the underground and within a 5-minute walk to the tower and London Bridge. This made it very convenient for anyone visiting the city and wanting to explore these famous landmarks.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a couple of minutes from Tower Hill tube station and with Tower Bridge, the City, and St Katharine's dock all on the doorstep. The room was modern, very clean, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
